    Absolute garbage customer service - Put in my suits that I needed for work, was told that they would be ready for 1pm the next day, I went there at 4pm and was told that the suits were not done because they had trouble with a stain on one suit, when asked if I can have my other suit, was told that hadn't been done yet - now customer service is to call me and explain the situation. WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN - absolute pathetic.

    I was very disappointed in the service I got. I took a $600 formal dress to get it taken up at the waist (paid extra for this) because of the pleats. When I went to pick it up it had been taken up from the bottom and completely ruined. It had been taken up an inch higher at the back then what it was at the front. Then they tried to put the blame on me.
