    I dropped a friends car off for a recall and a service at 7.50am. He arranged an early pickup while he booked the appointment. I had to drop the car off with a sales person because the service department was still closed and left my phone number for a call when the car is ready. I spend the waiting time at the nearby shopping center (who would like to sit in a small room for 2 hours?) and decided to walk back after 2.5 hours (!!). To my surprise - they didn't start working on the car yet! I took the car home without having it serviced or the issue from the recall fixed. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!
