  Went in early to get something printed. I was one of 3 customers in the shop...2 were making selections while I was waiting to be served. The manager left me standing at the counter while chose that moment to make a phone call. I waited 5 min and then she deigned to speak to me. After I told her I would like something printed, she walked off and served one of the 2 other customers in the shop who had approached the counter in the mean time. I had no clue why I was made to wait. A younger lady came over after more time had passed and tried to assist me. She made it clear however that she wasnt there to serve customers as she stated twice to me that she was only there to stocktake. I got the impression customers were a massive inconvenience . I will never go back.

  I've been very forgiving and have spent $75 in printing blunders from this location. Butting my lip each time. But no more I'm going else were from now on!
