  I got a half leg wax and bikini done today. The wax was too hot and I said something multiple times and yet the beautician kept using it without allowing it to cool. She burnt me in multiple places and has left a burn mark on the front of my leg.

  When the bikini was done, she didn't use the thick hot wax, so it took a long time and was much more painful than usual. When I asked about it, she said they don't normally use it and did not offer to do the bikini with hot wax even though I've seen it on their price list. She then proceeded with the wax that she again burnt me with.

  When she said she was done, there was still some bits of wax left on me and she missed some hair on my thigh.

  I specifically came here after reading the bad reviews for the Essential Beauty store in Gawler. Turns out the Elizabeth store was not any better. I am thoroughly disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone!!

  Took my daughter to have her ear pieced, rhe workers noticed one other piercing had a lump behind it and gave us a suggestion that cleared it up with nothing extra bought. Friendly staff, clean rooms.
