    Worst service being a client from 2010 ..the customer care is very rude ,i think it's time to switch to other service ,altleast i expect head office to ring me and listen to my concern.

    I have had a great experience with Silk at Elizabeth. All my questions have been answered with quick replies. The RN was wonderful and they are all very helpful. Even contacting Silk via messenger has been a great experience with quick, kind and helpful replies. I need more money so i can go back asap !

    They never answer the phone or get back to people! Half the time they don't have the answering service on either - so frustrated I will be going to another clinic!
