    Organised an appointment for 12.00PM, asked me to come back half an hour later, which I didn’t mind too much. When I got my hair done however... all I wanted was a trim, and to keep my original hairstyle just shortened a bit. But everything was left, barely trimmed and it was restyled without my asking so. I would’ve asked for something to be done about it but I was already late for work and so embarrassed by my hair I just wanted to leave. I’ve been here a few times, hasn’t been too bad but this is just horrible. I don’t think I could go again.

    Love this hair salon. Great people, fantastic service and value for money. I've found parking at the Elizabeth Town Centre to be frustrating at times but when you're happy with the result at the end of your haircut/treatment it's all worth it. Many thanks to Sam and his team

    The perfect people to cut your hair, attentive, skilled, modest, speedy and accurate hairdressers who try hard to please and apologise when things don't work out. Worth the cost, whatever it was... I don't remember losing my eyebrows to it so it's got to be reasonable.
