  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES, I have an urgent message to the manager of the store: on Thursday, 19 October 2017, we were at this store from 09:25 until 09:45 and one of the workers (a teen girl) who had platinum blonde hair behaved *immensely inappropriately* within the workplace and was acting very mindlessly, something has to be done about that worker, because she was acting so inappropriately; I can't even describe it!!!!

  Asked for a all stars box and got a ultimate box. The burger looked mouldy and the chicken was cold! The chicken piece was tiny and was mostly bone, didn’t even eat it because there was nothing there! The drink I ordered was warm and the chips were squashed and didn’t taste right! The outside of the shop smelt like sewage and was pretty dirty! My fault because I didn’t check inside the box before I went home but pretty bad experience and won’t be going back

  Completely disorganised. 1 staff member was extremely rude in her attitude and words - like it was just too damn hard. Usually great service. It seems a staff change has certainly had an impact!! Order wrong. Had things missing. Had it corrected. Still it should have been correct 1st time. Not impressed!! 2 stars for the staff who showed that customer service actually matters still.

  My food arrived very fast with no problems but there were people who ordered before me who had to wait at least 10 minutes before their food arrived.

  - One other thing is that we ordered Zinger and it had no chilli!
