  Bought a dwarf lop rabbit. Not even a year in and it's the size of a large lap dog. Not a dwarf at all the vet says, just a lop. Not to mention i bought hay for him a week ago. Went to top up his cage only to notice 26 fleas infesting the bag which had laid eggs every where. I always check the hay in case this happens and there was nothing when i bought. A week later, infested. Disguising that they would sell this to be used for pets knowing where it comes from has fleas in the area that lay their eggs on the hay. As i have seen in the other reviews, i am not the first this has happened to and they ignore complaints.utterly disgusting.

  Great service and very knowledgable educated staff members. They knew all about the dog we were interested in, had photos of the parents knew the personalities of the 4 pups and how frequently a litter comes from this breeder (3rd time in 5 years). Also they allowed us to visit regularly but not hold the puppies at all (to protect the dogs from being held by constant people wandering the shops and to prevent the pups from any type of disease or infection.)

  Too many times to count I've gone into this store to see kittens, puppies, rabbits and rodents covered in fleas, mites and it wouldn't surprise me if ticks are there. I've seen kittens who have a serious case of cat flu and are not being taken to see a vet. This pet shop allows rodents of both sex's to be caged together- a little bit of research into what you are selling and you would discover rodents can re-produce as young as 5 weeks old and need to be housed separately. I've also gone into this store and seen dead fish in the tanks.

  This pet shop is absolutely appalling. The care for the animals doesn't exist, I've repeatedly gone in to see if my feedback has been listened to only to discover nothing has been done.
