    Bad service, there is no specific law that applies to a certain condition, each worker does whatever they like doing, not what they have to do.

    Everytime we go, they leave us waiting for an hour and they go to speak to the manager because they don't know what to do.

    Rude reception at front desk to the extent that I was unwilling to process any of my documents with the centre. My two queries were met with blunt and unhelpful answers and when I expressed my lack of understanding at both processes, a form was shoved at me with no further instruction. I had to ask for further clarification but am still unclear. This is the second time I have been treated as such through this Service SA centre and I find it inappropriate customer service from a government department.
