  Totally disgusted at the way one grumpy old lady made us feel today. Went to take my child in to get her passport done this morning and we felt completely belittled in front of other customers. Not sure where her customer service skills are, but you could of told us things in a much nicer manner. We went straight to the Salisbury post office after this experience and thank the lord, there is nice customer service out there. So our appointment is now booked in with that post office instead of our local. I will be making a formal complaint, not just a bad review on here.

  When a lady yells at you whilst she is serving someone else saying 'no it doesn't' referring to information on the Australia post website, totally forgetting that it is the 21st century and I carry the entire history of humankind in my front pocket, let alone the ability to prove her wrong immediately. Worry about your own customer and work on your service skills because they are poor.

  Worst customer services that i have ever had. A old lady working there is so grumpy and hysterical. I don't know what is going on her life but she cant treat customers like that. Never go back there. Ruined my day.

  Absolutely ridiculous! The staff are so rude and have terrible customer service. Yelling constantly at your customer's is not a good look. Expect you to know everything and when you ask them general questions, they get annoyed and give you attitude. Disgusting and I despise going to this place! Only come because I had to! Do not recommend ever going here.
